Penn College's wrestling team achieved a significant milestone at the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Championships, with three wrestlers finishing among the top eight in their respective weight classes for the second consecutive season. This marks the first time in program history that Penn College has had back-to-back seasons with at least three regional medalists.

Freshman Kaden Ware from Brooklyn, Connecticut, secured sixth place at 133 pounds. Junior Noah Hunt from Muncy finished eighth at 141 pounds, and freshman Travis Green from Manchester, Maryland, also took eighth place at 165 pounds. It was the first instance of two freshmen reaching the podium for Penn College.

The team accumulated 33 points overall, placing them 16th out of 21 teams. In individual matches, Ware went undefeated on Friday but lost to top-seeded Isaias Torres of Ithaca in a close semifinal match before ending his run due to a medical forfeit. He concluded his freshman year with a record of 34-13.

Hunt and Green both won three matches on their first day but faced defeats in their consolation bouts on Saturday. Hunt ended up facing Sam Kotch of TCNJ for seventh place but was defeated by technical fall. His tournament record stood at 3-3, and he finished the season with a record of 31-13.

Green also contended for seventh place but lost to DJ Slovick of Pitt-Bradford. He wrapped up his tournament performance with a record of 3-3 and ended his season with a total record of 36-18.

In terms of team competition standings, The College of New Jersey emerged as champions again with 151 points. They were followed by Ithaca (138.5), Elizabethtown (115.5), McDaniel (88.5), RIT (86), Ursinus (86), SUNY Oswego (85.5), SUNY Cortland (77), Alfred State (75.5), St. John Fisher (67), Muhlenberg (64), Centenary N.J., SUNY Oneonta both scored 60.5 each, Johns Hopkins scored 51 points while SUNY Brockport scored slightly higher than Penn College who managed to score only thirty-three points in total making them stand sixteen position overall within twenty-one competing institutions across different states nationwide during this year's edition held recently over past weekend here locally
