State Representative Joe Hamm and House Game & Fisheries Committee Chairman David Maloney have announced they will host a public meeting as part of a listening tour for sportsmen in Pennsylvania. The event is scheduled for April 16, from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Hughesville Volunteer Fire Department Social Hall in Hughesville, Pennsylvania.

The meeting is free and open to the public, aiming to facilitate direct communication between local sportsmen and their representatives. "This meeting in Hughesville is a continuation of our outreach efforts," said Chairman David Maloney. "We’re listening to Pennsylvania’s sportsmen and bringing facts."

Rep. Joe Hamm emphasized the importance of the region for outdoor activities. "Pennsylvania is home to world-class hunting and fishing opportunities, especially right here in Lycoming and Sullivan Counties," he said. "I want to take the voice of our hunters and anglers to Harrisburg so we can protect and enhance the opportunities we have in Pennsylvania. I want to thank Chairman Maloney for giving my constituents the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on these issues."

Residents unable to attend the event are encouraged to voice their opinions by contacting Rep. Hamm’s Montoursville District Office.
