Penn College suffers defeat against Kean University in lacrosse match

Penn College faced a setback with an 18-8 defeat against Kean University in a nonconference men's lacrosse match held on Wednesday in Union, N.J. Following this match, the Wildcats have a record of 9-4, whereas Kean University improved its statistics to 11-3.

The game saw a strong performance by Kean University, who led with a score of 7-1 after the first quarter and extended the lead to 13-3 by halftime. In the third quarter, the Cougars continued their dominance by outscoring Penn College 3-0. The Wildcats managed to make a late surge in the final quarter, scoring 5 goals without conceding any.

On the Penn College side, Owen Kupsey stood out by scoring four goals. Will Ehret contributed with three goals, and Elliot Dotson assisted in three scores, helping to support the team's effort.

Looking ahead, Penn College is set to play against Elmira on Saturday at 1 p.m. as their next fixture.
