In the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III Tournament Team Rankings, Penn College has fallen out of the top 25. Previously tied at No. 23 in the preseason poll, the Wildcats are no longer listed among the top teams in this first regular season release.

The team rankings serve as a tournament power index and do not reflect dual meet strength. Despite the team's overall drop, individual wrestler Isaac Cory from Montoursville has climbed in national standing. Cory is now ranked third nationally in the 184-pound weight class, advancing one spot since last month. He trails only Bentley Schwanebeck-Ostermann from Augsburg and Charles Baczek from Wabash.

Within the Mideast Region, Cory remains at the top of his weight class rankings as a sophomore. His teammate Noah Hunt, a junior from Muncy, maintains his position as second-ranked at 141 pounds.

New entries into the Mideast rankings include freshmen TJ Martin from Honesdale and Kaden Ware from Brooklyn, Connecticut. Martin holds fifth place at 149 pounds while Ware ranks sixth at 133 pounds.

Two other Penn College wrestlers have dropped out of their respective Mideast Top 6 individual rankings: Gabriel Kennedy-Citeroni of Blairsville fell from second place at 197 pounds and Mason Leshock of Shamokin moved down from fifth place at 165 pounds.
