Penn College freshman Elliot Dotson has once again been named the United East Men's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week, achieving this honor for the third time in his career. The league made this announcement on Monday, highlighting Dotson's previous wins on February 24 and March 10. This marks the seventh instance of a Wildcat player receiving the Offensive Player of the Week distinction.
In a recent game, Dotson contributed significantly to the Wildcats' 20-4 victory over Rosemont, leading with nine points. During the match, he recorded a season-high with five goals and contributed four assists. Dotson managed to achieve a first-half hat-trick, with his third goal scored at the 13:54 mark in the second quarter. This was his fourth hat-trick of the season. Within the conference, Dotson ranks fifth with 24 goals and an average of 2.00 goals per game; his 2.83 assists per game currently lead the conference.
