Penn College freshman Carter Davis has been recognized as the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Wrestler of the Week. The announcement was made by the conference on Monday.
Davis, hailing from York, Pennsylvania, achieved a significant milestone by winning the 165-pound title at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Classic. His performance included a flawless 5-0 record for the day, with three victories by fall, one decision win, and a commanding 12-2 major decision in the finals. This achievement contributed to Penn College securing a runner-up position among an 11-team field.
