The Ivy League has announced its cross country postseason awards, with four athletes from the University of Pennsylvania receiving recognition. Junior Maeve Stiles led the way for the Quakers by securing a first-team All-Ivy accolade. Stiles achieved a third-place finish at Ivy Heps with a time of 20:58.5 on the Van Cortlandt Park 6K course, marking her career's first such honor. Her performance is second only to Ashley Montgomery's record in 2016.

Joining Stiles in earning All-Ivy honors were teammates Lizzy Bader and Lily Murphy, who both made it to the second team. Senior captain Bader finished tenth with a personal best of 21:21.8, placing her seventh among all-time Quaker performances at Ivy Heps. Freshman Murphy secured thirteenth place with a time of 21:33.4, consistently scoring for Penn throughout the season.

This marks only the second occasion that three women from Penn have been named All-Ivy in one season; previously accomplished in 2019 when Maddie Villalba, Ariana Gardizy, and Nia Akins were recognized.

Additionally, Stiles and Michael Keehan received All-Academic awards from the Ivy League for their achievements off the track. This is their first academic recognition.

The Quakers are now preparing for the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships scheduled for Friday, November 11th at Penn State, where they competed earlier this season at the Spiked Shoe Invitational.
