Penn College's women's tennis team was defeated in a match against Notre Dame (Md.) University, with a final score of 5-2 in the United East match on Friday. Following this match, Penn College holds a 2-5 record in United East play and is 2-12 overall, while Notre Dame also has a 2-5 record in conference play and a 2-7 record overall.
During the encounter, Notre Dame secured victories in four singles matches and two of the three doubles matches.
