Penn College faced a difficult game against Immaculata University, resulting in a 22-11 loss in a nonconference baseball matchup. This defeat marked the Wildcats' record at 15-14, while the Mighty Macs moved to a 9-21 standing.

The game witnessed a dramatic start with Immaculata University scoring 12 runs in the first inning and an additional five in the third, setting a commanding lead of 17-0. The Wildcats managed to score five runs in the fourth inning, followed by one in both the fifth and sixth innings, and a grand slam by Adam Cornelius contributing four runs in the seventh inning. The Mighty Macs maintained their lead with two runs in the fourth and three in the fifth inning.
