Three student-athletes from Penn College's women's volleyball team have been named to the 2023 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® Division III Women's Volleyball Team. Seniors Cheyenne Stein, Maggie Mangene, and junior Hailey DeBrody were selected for their academic and athletic performances.
To qualify for the 2023 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team, student-athletes must be at least sophomores, maintain a GPA of 3.50 or higher, and have participated in 90% of their institution's contests or started in 66% during the season.
The CSC Academic All-District® Teams acknowledge top student-athletes nationwide for their achievements on the field and in academics. The program recognizes honorees across four divisions: NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA. Those selected for Academic All-District® are eligible for consideration in the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. The announcement of first-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America® honorees is scheduled for January 9.
