Jakob LeMay Assistant Women's Soccer Coach | Penn College Wildcats
Sara Darlington and Kaelynn Sheetz from the Penn College women's soccer team have been honored by the United Soccer Coaches Division III All-Region IV Team, as announced on Tuesday. Darlington received second-team recognition as a forward, while Sheetz was named to the third team.
Darlington, who was also a United East First Team All-Conference selection, scored eight goals and provided six assists this season. Her efforts contributed to the Wildcats achieving an 11-2-7 record and a 3-1-2 standing in conference play.
Sheetz, a senior forward and two-time First Team All-Conference selection, set new program records with 49 career goals and 113 points. In her final season, she recorded 24 goals, six assists, and accumulated 54 total points. Her seven game-winning goals were the highest in the United East Conference, where she ranked second for total goals and points.
