David Straub Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach | Penn College Wildcats
Penn College women's tennis junior Ellen Buckley has been named the United East Player of the Week, as announced by the league on Tuesday.
Buckley secured two victories in her return to the court from injury during Friday's match against Kean. She won at No. 1 singles after losing the first set, finishing with scores of 3-6, 6-3 (9-7). Additionally, she teamed up with Emlyn Kinley at No. 1 doubles for a 6-1 win. This marks Buckley's second Player of the Week award; she previously received this honor for the week of March 22, 2023.
