Penn College sophomore Peyton Mussina has been recognized as the United East Golfer of the Week for the third time this season. The announcement was made in Latham, New York.
Mussina's recent performances at two tournaments contributed to his accolade. At the Penn State Altoona Spring Invitational, he carded a score of 71, securing a first-place finish and aiding Penn College in achieving a team victory on the 7,032-yard, par-72 course. Additionally, Mussina recorded scores of 80 and 73 at the Gettysburg Spring Shootout, which resulted in an 11th place individual finish and helped his team secure fifth place overall.
