Penn College's men's tennis team faced challenges at the King's College Invitational in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, over the weekend, securing only one doubles match victory.

The duo of Hunter Knosky and Will Long emerged victorious in their opening match. However, they encountered difficulties in their second match. Coach David Straub noted, "Hunter began to cramp up and they had to forfeit," resulting in an end to their run.

In the single-elimination event, Alex Norris, John Finnegan, Jayden Manbeck, Logan Ogden, Seth Priestman, Knosky, and Frankie Gagilardi all suffered losses in their opening singles matches. In doubles play, the pairs of Norris-Finnegan, Priestman-Matt Williams, and Manbeck-Ogden also experienced defeats.

Next on the schedule for Penn College's men and women is a home match against Susquehanna University at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Central PA Tennis Club.
