Rob Lytle Head Men's Golf Coach | Penn College Wildcats
Penn College, led by Peyton Mussina's tie for fourth place, secured a fourth-place finish among 16 teams on Monday at the Albright College Fall Invitational in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania.
Mussina achieved a score of 2-over 74 on the par 72, 6,710-yard Olde Homestead Golf Club course. He was just one shot behind three others who claimed top individual honors. Additionally, Penn College's Gunner Redmond and Matthew Capoferri each recorded scores of 79, tying for 17th place. Will Orwig and Jordan Lestochi both shot 81s, tying for 29th in an 80-player field.
Albright College emerged as the leading team with a score of 303. Arcadia followed with a score of 307, Marymount with 309, Penn College with 313, and DeSales rounded out the top five with a score of 323.
Individually, Chad Maurer from Arcadia, Jonas Zajicek from Marymount, and Ben Egin from Albright each scored a round of 73.
Penn College is scheduled to compete next at The Gauntlet at Bucknell Golf Club on Sunday and Monday at 9 a.m.
