PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY: David M. Heiney, college’s interim president in early ’80s, dies

Pennsylvania College of Technology issued the following announcement.

David M. Heiney, 80, of Hughesville, interim president of Williamsport Area Community College from 1980-81, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020, at UPMC Susquehanna in Williamsport.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. A full obituary, detailing his professional accomplishments and community involvement, is available on the website of the McCarty-Thomas Funeral Home in Hughesville.
