Penn College's women's tennis team secured its first United East conference victory of the season with a decisive 7-0 win against Bryn Athyn. The match took place at home on Wednesday. With this victory, Penn College holds a 1-6 record overall and stands 1-0 in conference play, while Bryn Athyn's overall and conference record falls to 0-2.

In the match, the Wildcats clinched victories in all six singles and all three doubles matches, achieving a shutout against their opponents.

Ellen Buckley won at No. 1 singles, followed by Faith Murray at No. 2, Kayla Weinzierl at No. 3, Cierra Miller at No. 4, Callistra Mahoney at No. 5, and Eliza Welshans at No. 6. In doubles, winning teams included Buckley-Murray at No. 1, Weinzierl-Miller at No. 2, and Welshans-Mahoney at No. 3.

Penn College is scheduled to compete against Penn State Berks at 1 p.m. on Saturday as part of the ongoing United East series.
