State Rep. Jamie Flick | Pennsylvania 83rd Legislative District
Rep. Jamie Flick is organizing a breakfast event to honor veterans from the 83rd District and their families. The event will take place on Friday, November 15, at the American Legion Post 1 located at 10 E. Third St., Williamsport. The breakfast is scheduled from 8 to 10 a.m.
Flick expressed his motivation for hosting the event, stating, "I come from a strong military family, and I know many military families in our area who have amazing stories of sacrifice, resilience and dedication." He added that the breakfast serves as "a small token of my appreciation for our area's finest heroes, who have given so much for our country and continue to inspire us all."
Samantha Cossman, a regional program outreach coordinator with the Central Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, will be present to answer questions and provide information for veterans and military families attending the event.
