This result concludes their regular season with a record of 5-1-2 in the conference and an overall record of 10-4-3. Valley Forge ended with an 0-8-0 conference record and a 2-16-0 overall.
This achievement marks the most wins in a single season under Coach Mensch and the highest since joining the NCAA. The Wildcats are expected to enter the United East playoffs as the sixth seed next Wednesday.
The decisive moment came when Logan Stapleton and Logan Confer collaborated for the game-winning goal at the 83:23 mark, securing Penn College's victory. Stapleton also scored earlier with a penalty kick, while his brother Austin Stapleton added another goal shortly after.
Goalkeepers Justin Potts and Cole Catherman shared time in net, contributing two saves between them. The Wildcats managed 11 shots compared to Valley Forge's five shots on goal.
