Penn College triumphed over Penn State Abington with a decisive 4-0 victory in the opening round of the United East Volt Division playoffs. The match took place at UPMC Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, on Saturday. With this win, the Wildcats improved their record to 11-1-7, while the Nittany Lions ended their season with a 2-14 record.

Johnson further contributed by assisting Billiegean Hennessy’s goal in the 52nd minute, making it 3-0. Later, Darlington scored her eighth goal of the year with a long shot from 30 yards out, sealing a 4-0 lead for Penn College.
Throughout the match, Penn College dominated with a total of 28 shots compared to Abington's three and had seven corner kicks against Abington's four. Goalkeeper Nicole Lichtinger successfully saved one shot during the game.
