Penn College senior golfer Peyton Mussina has been named United East Golfer of the Week for the week ending October 13, 2024. The announcement was made by the league on Tuesday.
Mussina achieved his 10th career Golfer of the Week honor following his victory at the United East Fall Preview. The event took place at Chambersburg Country Club last Monday, where Mussina secured his third consecutive individual title. He led a field of 36 players with a score of 1-over 74 on the par-73, 6,962-yard course. His performance also contributed to his team's third-straight tournament win.
In previous years, Mussina won the Fall Preview with scores of 5-over-par 75 at Philmont Country Club in 2023 and even-par 71 at Hanover Country Club in 2022.
