Penn College posted its second draw of the season as the Wildcats tied Elmira College, 0-0, in nonconference women's soccer action on Saturday afternoon. The Wildcats moved to 1-0-2 on the season while Elmira sits at 0-1-2.

The two sides played an even first half with both teams lining up for one corner kick each, and Penn College earning a slight edge in shots, 3-1. In the second half, Penn College forced the Elmira keeper to make two saves on four shots and lined up for six corners but could not score a go-ahead goal in their season home-opener.

Nicole Lichtinger extended her school NCAA-era record with her 15th career shutout. The Wildcat defense allowed just three shots and did not surrender a single shot on goal.

Wiley Egan, Megan Kurian, and Ashley Gordon all registered two shots, with Gordon's two shots placed on goal.

Penn College remains at UPMC Field to host Thiel on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
