Clinton County: 127 inmates incarcerated in Q3

In Clinton County 127 inmates were incarcerated in the third quarter of 2022, a 0.8 percent increase over the quarter before, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Dasia Ann Woolf, a 20-year-old, was the youngest inmate in Clinton County in the third quarter of 2022.

David Arthur Wynn was the oldest at 74-years-old.

Incarceration rates in Pennsylvania have increased dramatically, imprisoning more than seven times the number of people in 2019 than in 1970.

Sentencing practices in Pennsylvania were found to have overwhelmingly impacted people of color.
