Clinton County: 127 inmates in jail in November 2022

In Clinton County 127 inmates were incarcerated in November 2022, a 3.1 percent decrease from the month before, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Steven Henry Cummings and Dasia Ann Woolf, 21-year-olds, were the youngest inmates incarcerated in Clinton County in November 2022.

David Arthur Wynn was the oldest at 74-years-old.

Incarceration rates in Pennsylvania have increased dramatically, imprisoning more than seven times the number of people in 2019 than in 1970.

Sentencing practices in Pennsylvania were found to have overwhelmingly impacted people of color.
