Men’s Basketball set to open season Friday

The Lock Haven University men's basketball team is set to open the 2022-23 season on Friday, Nov. 11 in the first of two games at the 2022 Pitt-Johnstown Tip-Off Classic. The Bald Eagles will open the season, and weekend versus Charleston (W.Va.) on Friday at 5 p.m.

 

Lock Haven will also be in action on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. when the Bald Eagles take on West Virginia Wesleyan College.

 

The season-opening tournament is being hosted by the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown in the University's Sports Center (Johnstown, Pa.). Host Pitt-Johnstown will take on West Virginia Wesleyan College Friday at 7 p.m. and Mountain Cats will close the tournament vs. Charleston on Saturday at 4 p.m.

 

Fans can follow all the action live - as live stat and live video coverage will be provided by the Pitt-Johnstown athletic communications office, and available for all four games of the tournament (Nov. 11-12).

Up Next for Lock Haven

Following this weekend's season-opening action, the Bald Eagles will return to the court on Thursday, Nov. 17 at Nyack (7:30 p.m.). Lock Haven's 2022-23 home-opener is set for Saturday, Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. versus Wilmington (Del.).
