The Mitten Tree Project
November 1 through November 18
The University Store and the Office of Community Service have partnered in support of the STEP Head Start Mitten Tree Project.
We are accepting donations of new or handmade mittens, hats, gloves and scarves for children. (Child sizes only.) We invite the campus community and the public to participate.
All donations can be delivered to the University Store. Your donations will be on display, so stop in a see what others have made and donated.
While you are there, don’t forget to pick up a Holiday gift for someone special!
Did you know? Each year, STEP has been able to help more than 600 children’s hands and hearts stay warm through this project and we are excited to participate.
