Penn College's Jack Lenosky secured a 3-2 victory for the Wildcats against Notre Dame with a penalty kick in the 88th minute. This United East Conference match on Saturday marked their first encounter, improving the Wildcats' record to 3-1-0 in conference play and 8-4-1 overall. The Gators' record fell to 2-4-0 in the conference and 3-9-0 overall.

The game began with Penn College capitalizing on two fouls inside the box. Tommy DeGeyter scored his fifth goal of the season from a penalty kick in the fourth minute, giving the Wildcats an early lead. Before halftime, DeGeyter assisted Lenosky, who scored his first goal of the season at the 41:46 mark.

Notre Dame narrowed the gap with a goal in the 50th minute, making it 2-1 before Lenosky's decisive penalty shot. The Gators added another goal just seconds before the match ended.

Tommy DeGeyter contributed three points during the game, taking three shots with two on target. Goalkeeper Cole Catherman made four saves for Penn College. The Wildcats had a shot advantage of 17 to Notre Dame's 11 and took five corner kicks.

Penn College is set to host Wilson for a mid-week United East clash on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
