Penn College women's soccer extends winning streak to four

Penn College extended its winning streak to four games with a 3-0 victory over SUNY ESF in a nonconference women's soccer match on Tuesday. The Wildcats remain undefeated this season with a record of 6-0-3, while the Mighty Oaks have fallen to 1-2-3.

Cassie Johnson assisted Lucy Kontir in the 19th minute and Megan Kurian in the 23rd minute, giving Penn College a 2-0 lead at halftime. Kurian scored again in the 66th minute from an Ashley Gordon pass, marking her team-leading 11th goal of the year and securing a 3-0 advantage for Penn College.

Morgan Solano earned the win as goalkeeper with eight saves.

Penn College's next game is scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. against Valley Forge.
