Tyler Mensch Head Men's Soccer Coach | Penn College Wildcats

Penn College faced Penn State Harrisburg in a men's soccer match on Saturday, resulting in a 2-2 draw. The Wildcats improved their record to 5-3-3 and maintained an unbeaten streak in United East Conference play with a 1-0-2 record. The Lions now stand at 4-3-5, also holding a 1-0-2 record in conference action.

The match remained scoreless through the first half. In the second half, Tad Shellenberger scored for Penn College with assistance from Spencer Price in the 52nd minute. Penn State Harrisburg responded with two goals before Logan Stapleton equalized for the Wildcats in the 86th minute.

During the game, Penn College attempted six shots, four of which were on target. Goalkeeper Cole Catherman made four saves as the Lions managed nine shots, six of them on goal.

Penn College will next face Wells College in a non-conference match on Wednesday, October 4th at 6 p.m.
