Penn College faced a narrow defeat against Penn State Harrisburg in the United East Volt Division semifinals on Tuesday. The Wildcats concluded their season with a record of 11-2-7, while the Nittany Lions advanced to the divisional final with an improved record of 11-4-4. They are set to face Penn State Berks on Thursday.

During the match, both teams managed only one shot on target in the first half. Teagan Willey's attempt in the 15th minute was saved, and Nicole Lichtinger successfully blocked a Harrisburg attempt in the 22nd minute, leaving both teams scoreless at halftime.

The second half saw increased activity from Harrisburg, who directed four shots on goal within six minutes before scoring in the 61st minute to secure a 1-0 lead. The Wildcats had opportunities through Cassie Johnson's shots in the 66th and 68th minutes but were unable to convert.

Harrisburg outshot Penn College with ten attempts compared to four and held an advantage with four corner kicks against none from Penn College. Wildcats' goalkeeper Nicole Lichtinger made seven saves during the game.
