David Straub Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach | Penn College Wildcats

Penn College's men's tennis team faced a challenging match against Susquehanna University, resulting in a 9-0 defeat on Wednesday. This outcome marks the beginning of the season for both teams, with Penn College now at 0-1 and Susquehanna at 1-0.

During the competition, Susquehanna players secured victories in all six singles matches and all three doubles matches. Notably, Wildcat Alex Norris put up a strong fight in the No. 1 singles position but ultimately lost to Susquehanna's Tommy Hallahan with scores of 7-5 and 6-3. Overall, out of the 104 games played during the event, Susquehanna claimed victory in 85.

Looking ahead, Penn College is scheduled to play against Lycoming College at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 30.
