79.3% of Lycoming County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 114,274 citizens living in Lycoming County in 2021, 79.3% were old enough to vote, equating to 90,604 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 44,231 were male, constituting 48.8%, and 46,373 were female, making up 51.2%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Lycoming County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 79.1%.
