In the throws, Megan Manglaviti (Tunkhannock, Pa./Tunkhannock) earned All-Region honors in the hammer after her fifth-place finish at the PSAC Championships with a mark of 160-06. Manglaviti's season personal-best throw of 164-1 placed her fourth all-time at LHU.

The top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team.

Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
