Penn College volleyball faced a three-set defeat against Arcadia in a nonconference match on Friday. The Wildcats' season record fell to 2-11, while the Knights improved to 7-7.
The Knights secured their victory with set scores of 25-11, 25-10, and 25-21.
In terms of individual performances, Nevaeh Ward and Ava Harple led Penn College with five and four kills, respectively. Ward also contributed three aces, three digs, and two assists. Jo Hess topped the team with ten assists, and Laney Wolfe added five digs on defense.
For Arcadia, Chana Rothschild led the offense with ten kills.
Next up for Penn College is participation in the Messiah Tri-Match on Saturday. The Wildcats will face Penn State Berks at 1 p.m., followed by a match against the host Falcons at 3:30 p.m.
