The Senate Education Committee will convene on Tuesday, June 25, at 10 a.m. in Room 8 E-A, East Wing, to consider three pieces of legislation.

Senate Bill 366, introduced by L. Williams, proposes an amendment to the Public School Code of 1949. This bill mandates that data used for career and technical center funding be established by June 1.

Senate Bill 1207, introduced by Aument, also seeks to amend the Public School Code of 1949. It aims to establish the Cell Phone Lockable Bag Pilot Program and includes Amendment A05134.

Additionally, Senate Bill 1208, another bill introduced by Aument, requires school entities to develop policies that allow for individualized plans for the storage and administration of medication within school settings.
