Wellsboro Area School District issued the following announcement.
The Wellsboro Area School District is participating in the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) Feeding Program through December 31, 2020. Under this provision, participating districts and schools will provide free breakfast and lunch to all school-aged children, ages 5 to 18 years old. All students enrolled in the Wellsboro Area School District will receive meals through the SSO Feeding Program at no charge.
For any families with remote learners or Online Academy students, that wish to receive school meals under this program, please access link below to submit your family’s information. Orders must be placed by 10 AM each Friday for pick-up the following Monday. The pick-up location will be at the Wellsboro Area High School, Commons Entrance, 227 Nichols Street, Wellsboro PA on Mondays from 5 – 6 PM. The meal packages will include 5 breakfasts and 5 lunches per enrolled school-aged child.
The first order is due Friday, October 2, 2020, with a pick-up date of Monday, October 5, 2020.
