Penn College athlete Antonio Santora received the United East Men’s Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week award. This announcement took place on Monday. It marks the first career award for Santora who is the fourth different Wildcat to receive this honor this season, making it the program’s seventh offensive award for the year.

During the week, Santora played a significant role in two road victories against Westminster and Cairn. The freshman exhibited strong performance as a faceoff specialist by winning 24 of 27 faceoffs. His performance included a perfect 9-for-9 record and a goal in the game against the Highlanders. Additionally, in the close 10-9 win over the Titans, Santora secured 15 out of 18 faceoff attempts and accumulated a total of 19 ground balls over the week.
