On Friday, Feb. 28, former Montoursville Area Senior High School standout Maddix Dalena’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the USC Trojans.

The game took place at Dedeaux Field. This was their first matchup against the Trojans this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 2 p.m. at Jackie Robinson Stadium against UCLA Bruins.
