Penn College sophomore Faith Murray has been named to the United East Women’s Tennis Third Team All-Conference list. The announcement was made on Tuesday, marking Murray’s first career all-conference award. She is now the fourth women’s tennis player from Penn College to receive this honor in the NCAA era, joining previous honorees Emily Bell (2017-18), Georgia Macensky, and Marcie Harman (2020-21).
Murray led the Wildcats with a 4-2 conference record this season, securing two victories each at both No. 2 and No. 3 positions. Her performance included outscoring opponents 48-6 in four straight-set wins. In doubles play, she achieved a 3-3 record, with two wins at the No. 1 position alongside Ellen Buckley and one win at No. 2 when paired with Kayla Weinzierl.
