An event will be held in Pennsylvania to celebrate June as “Life Month” and to mark the third anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which occurred on June 24, 2022. This decision effectively ruled that there is no federal constitutional right to an abortion.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24, at 10 a.m. in the Main Rotunda of the Capitol. Educational booths on life will also be available in the Main Capitol Rotunda from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rep. Stephanie Borowicz and Rep. Kathy Rapp, along with members of Students for Life and pregnancy resource centers from across Pennsylvania, are expected to participate.
