Elliot Dotson and Ben Malarkey of Penn College were recognized on Apr. 20 by the United East Conference with weekly men’s lacrosse awards, according to a league announcement. Malarkey contributed significantly to defense across both games by causing four turnovers and collecting seven ground balls. Against SUNY Brockport, he caused one turnover and picked up three ground balls. During Saturday’s game against Cairn on Senior Day, Malarkey posted season-highs with four ground balls and three caused turnovers.
