On Friday, May 2, former Hughesville Junior Senior High School standout Carter Cowburn’s current college team, the Manhattan Jaspers, won 12-10 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Saint Peter’s Peacocks.

The game took place at Clover Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Jaspers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Clover Stadium against Saint Peter’s Peacocks.
